- Use of the Members’ marquee sited on the main ring. With outside seating within a fenced area and views across the main ring, this beautifully appointed marquee is fully furnished. Tea, coffee, cakes and snacks will be available for members to purchase all day and it is served by its own Grainstore bar.
- For those members who wanted to purchase lunch, picnic dishes supplied by Otters Fine Foods will be able to be pre-ordered.
- All members are invited to a midday Drinks Reception
